The hot spring was busy on a weekday afternoon, all the spots are taken. It felt like any other outdoor pool. When I went it was 40 degrees and it was a warmer winter day so the water was a bit too hot for me and I needed a lot of breaks. I recommend visiting earlier or later in the evening perhaps. We had never been to the Banff springs before and my mom was simply asking “if there was space for 4 people”, and we were spoken to with attitude, condescension, and sarcasm. I was in disbelief and shock. So disgraceful to speak to people like that - especially tourists that come to visit the park.
